BEST BIRTHDAY DECORATION IN MUMBAI

Birthday Decoration in Mumbai from ₹1499 | Balloon & Room Decoration by Skyrixe

Planning a birthday party in Mumbai? Skyrixe has decorated homes across the city for 500+ setups — from a first birthday in a 1BHK in Andheri to a milestone celebration on a Bandra terrace. Beyond decoration, we're one of the few Mumbai decorators who also handle catering for the same event — one booking covers the balloons, the room, and the food, so you're not coordinating three different vendors for one party.

Birthday Decoration at Home — Why Mumbai Families Choose Skyrixe

Home birthdays work differently in Mumbai than anywhere else. Most homes are compact — a 1BHK or 2BHK with a sofa, a dining table, and not much open wall space. That's exactly the problem our decorators solve every week. We've set up balloon backdrops on the one free wall in a Andheri 1BHK, built ceiling balloon clouds for living rooms too small for a floor arch, and used terrace and society common areas when the flat itself couldn't fit the setup. The design is planned around your actual space — not forced into it.

A standard birthday decoration package includes a balloon backdrop on one wall, a Happy Birthday foil or neon sign, balloon clusters near the entrance, and fairy lights where the package covers them. The decorator brings everything — balloons, pump, stands, tape, tools. You keep the wall clear; that's the only thing we need from you.

Why Professional Decoration Instead of DIY?

A lot of people start with the DIY plan — buy balloons, borrow a pump, watch a tutorial. Then reality shows up. Blowing up 100+ balloons takes two to three hours on its own, and getting them to sit evenly on a wall takes longer still. Here's what booking a professional actually gets you:

•     Your time back. Our decorator finishes the setup in 45 to 90 minutes while you handle the cake, food, and guest list.

•     Photos that look designed. Professional balloon work uses proportion and colour balance — the difference between a decorated room and a room with balloons in it.

•     No cleanup stress. Stands, tape residue, and burst balloons are handled by us, not you.

•     Same-day availability in most areas — forgot to plan ahead? We still take same-day bookings.

•     A fixed cost decided upfront. DIY costs add up quietly — balloons, pump, tape, banner, lights. Our package price covers all of it before you book.

Room Decoration for Birthdays at Home

Looking for birthday room decoration near you in Mumbai? We turn any space into a party venue:

•     Romantic room setups for couples celebrating a birthday together

•     Kids' themed birthday rooms built around their favourite character

•     Simple, budget-friendly home decoration for smaller celebrations

•     Surprise birthday reveals, coordinated quietly so the setup is ready before the birthday person walks in

•     Hotel room decoration for families celebrating away from home

Bedroom, living room, terrace, or rooftop — we design around your actual space, colour scheme, and budget, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Themed Birthday Decorations We Set Up Across Mumbai

For kids, the most requested themes right now are Cocomelon, Boss Baby, Jungle, and Frozen. For adults, black and gold luxury leads by a wide margin, followed by pastel balloon themes and minimalist decor. First birthdays get special treatment — soft palettes and a dedicated photo corner, since the family will be taking pictures all evening.

Seen a setup on Instagram or Pinterest? Send us the screenshot on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be recreated in your space, and at what price, before you pay anything.

Balloon Decoration Price in Mumbai — What It Costs

Three things decide where your setup lands on price: the balloon count and type , the add-ons , and whether catering is added to the same booking. One thing never changes — the price you're quoted at booking is the price you pay. No extra charges at your door.

Complete Birthday Party Setup — Decoration and Catering, One Booking

Most decorators stop at balloons. Skyrixe goes further — beyond decoration, we offer full event support so you don't have to coordinate multiple vendors for one party:

•     Catering for the celebration, arranged through the same booking as your decoration

•     Flower arrangements

•     Cake table styling

•     Table setup and props

•     Photography add-ons

One team, one booking, everything handled — for birthday decoration, catering, and party setup across Mumbai.

How Booking Works

Booking takes under ten minutes. Browse the birthday decoration packages above and shortlist what you like. Message us on WhatsApp with your area in Mumbai, date, and time slot. Confirm the package and pay the booking amount. On the day, our decorator arrives, completes the setup in 45 to 90 minutes, and leaves your space party-ready.

Colour swaps are free. Name banners and number balloons are set at booking. Custom printed elements need 3 to 5 days notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does birthday decoration cost in Mumbai?

Packages start around ₹1499, with final pricing depending on theme, balloon type, and any add-ons like LED name boards or catering. The price confirmed at booking is final — nothing extra is added on the day.

Do you offer same-day birthday decoration?

Yes, subject to availability in your area. Same-day slots run out fastest on weekends, so message us on WhatsApp as early as possible to confirm your date.

Do you do midnight birthday surprise decoration?

Yes. If it's a surprise, tell us at booking — we coordinate quietly on WhatsApp so the setup is complete before the birthday person walks in. Midnight surprises are one of our busiest slots, especially on weekends, so lock in your date a day or two early.

Is professional balloon decoration better than DIY?

For most people, yes — a DIY setup can take two to three hours of blowing up and arranging balloons, and the result rarely matches what was pictured. A professional setup is done in 45 to 90 minutes, uses proportion and colour balance for a designed look, and the cost is fixed upfront instead of adding up as you buy supplies.

Can you copy a decoration design from Instagram or Pinterest?

Send us the screenshot on WhatsApp and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be recreated in your space, and at what price, before you pay anything.

Which balloon decoration works best in a small room?

For tight spaces, a single wall backdrop or a ceiling balloon cloud with hanging ribbons usually works better than a floor arch, which needs more clearance. Send us a photo of your room on WhatsApp and we'll tell you plainly what fits.

Is catering available alongside decoration?

Yes — catering and decoration for birthday parties can be booked together through Skyrixe, so you're not coordinating separate vendors for the food and the setup.

Do you decorate at home, or only at venues?

Both. We set up at homes, hotels, restaurants, and other venues across Mumbai, including Bandra, Andheri, Powai, Borivali, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

How much time does the decoration take?

Most setups take 45 to 90 minutes depending on the package and theme complexity. Our decorator arrives with everything needed and leaves your space fully party-ready.
