## Description

This magical mermaid-inspired balloon backdrop is perfect for ocean and fantasy-themed parties. The design features pastel and metallic balloons in shades of purple, teal, pink, and gold, forming a circular arch over a customized mermaid-scale backdrop with the celebrant’s name in gold glitter letters. The mermaid tail balloon, seashell props, and bubble-like clusters create a whimsical under-the-sea effect.
